Why Hire a CRS

Len's personal opinion on the importance of CRS

I believe CRS is the best designation for a Realtor to have. When I see a CRS designation it immediately tells me the following things about the agent:  They are experienced in the real estate industry, serious about their business, work full-time and are very well qualified. The criteria to accomplish this honored designation is not easy and one must set a goal to achieving it because the process is difficult and very time consuming. I believe the CRS designation gives me an advantage over other Realtors when it comes to assisting you with your real estate needs. When referring clients to an out-of-town Realtor, I will ONLY use the one with a CRS designation.

Council of Residential Specialists:  What's a CRS

The Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) is the highest Designation awarded to sales associates in the residential sales field. The CRS Designation recognizes professional accomplishments in both experience and education.

Since 1977 the Council of Residential Specialists has been conferring the CRS Designation on agents who meet its stringent requirements. Currently, there are more than 33,000 active CRS Designees.
